What is the RingCentral Affiliate Program?
The RingCentral Affiliate Program gives you the opportunity to earn commissions every time a visitor to your Web site signs up for a RingCentral subscription after clicking through an affiliate link on your Web site.
- We provide you with all the tools you need to become a successful affiliate.

We provide you with all the tools you need to become a successful affiliate. We handle all the customer service and fulfillment issues - all you have to do is simply post a RingCentral link on your Web site and start making money.
How do I sign up to be an affiliate?
Simply complete our easy application. The application review process generally takes 1-2 business days. Once approved, you can log into your Commission Junction account and access RingCentral links and banners.
How much does it cost to join?
There is no charge to join the RingCentral Affiliate Program.
Can I participate if I live outside the U.S.?
Yes, we welcome affiliate partners from outside the United States.
(Please note: Since our primary target markets are in the United States and Canada, we strongly prefer affiliates who promote to U.S. & Canadian audiences.)
Are there any restrictions for joining?
You are welcome to apply if you have a Web site. If your Web site is under construction, please apply once your site has been launched.
We do not approve incentive sites that reward visitors with cash or giveaways for surfing or downloading.
We may reject your application if it's determined that your site is unsuitable for our Affiliate Program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
- Promote sexually explicit, illegal or inappropriate content
- Promote violence or discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Include 'RingCentral', 'ringcentral.com', or misspellings thereof in their domain names
- Otherwise violate intellectual property rights
Additionally, in order to promote a fair opportunity to earn commission for all affiliates, RingCentral will not work with any affiliate that uses or promotes adware or spyware software or any other software that delivers advertising based on a customer downloading a software application, either knowingly, or unknowingly, including BHO's (browser helper objects), downloadable reminder services, or any other software or code that pops-up or redirects the user.

Payment
How much can I earn?
RingCentral pays the highest commissions in the industry - you can earn up to $85 per RingCentral Online subscription and up to $45 per RingCentral Fax subscription. We pay on a combination of both Leads and Sales.
RingCentral Affiliates receive a commission when visitors complete a free trial registration (a "Lead"). Affiliates also receive commission when the Trial converts to a paid subscription, or purchases a paid subscription directly ("Sale").
In addition, we have monthly/quarterly promotions giving you many opportunities to maximize your earnings! |

What is the difference between Leads and Sales?
Leads are free trial signups that visitors submit in order to begin using their free trial.
Sales are subscriptions that occur when visitors complete their free trials or directly purchase subscriptions.
How often am I paid?
Log into your Commission Junction account anytime to run earnings and activity reports. Earnings are automatically mailed every month via check to all affiliates by Commission Junction.

Linking and Tracking
How do I post a link on my Web site?
Simply log into your RingCentral affiliate account at cj.com, select the desired text link or banner, and copy and paste the HTML or Javascript code onto your site.
How are my sign-ups tracked?
RingCentral and Commission Junction's tracking system assigns a unique ID for each link you publish. Each sign-up via your affiliate link will have the unique tracking information to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Does RingCentral offer a variety of banners and text links?
Yes. We offer a wide assortment of highly-converting text links and banners to help you promote RingCentral.

Can I promote RingCentral in an email marketing campaign?
Yes. We welcome affiliates who plan to promote RingCentral via email. We will need an advance copy of your email marketing content (with links included) for prior approval. See our Email Policy for more details
What kind of advertising can I do?
There are many possibilities for promoting RingCentral products.
- Write a personal recommendation on your Web site or blog
- Send out an e-newsletter to visitors to your Web site
- Offer a comparison of Toll Free, Internet Fax or VoIP providers
Be creative! Write a newsletter for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about RingCentral products or write an article.
RingCentral offers many banners and text links that can easily be incorporated into your marketing campaigns. Promotions will be offered and updated frequently to provide special rewards to greater activity. In addition to your Web site, we recommend that you promote through an opt-in mailing list or a newsletter. Under no circumstances will unsolicited emails (spamming) be tolerated.
What kind of advertising is prohibited?
